Restaurant Associates is seeking a Regional Director to lead and inspire teams across our premier client accounts. Reporting to the President of Operations, this NY-based leader will shape strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovative solutions to complex problems for museums, performing arts centers, and corporations.

The role demands a seasoned People Leader with exceptional communication and the ability to operate at the highest levels while engaging the broader workforce.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience.
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate and Lead R/A’s culture of CARE.
• Plan and advise business portfolio that achieves KPIs.
• Partner with senior management to discuss strategies, objectives, and obstacles.
• Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and new market solutions.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Coordinate financial objective & analysis, and supervise for profitability and losses.
• Build relationships at all levels of the team, client, customer and RA/Compass organizations.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress and new programs.
• Conduct and monitor satisfaction surveys.
• Develop and monitor budget and forecasts.
• Ensure financial performance and client forecasts; optimize efficiency.
• Promote company policies and compliance with laws.
• Support recruitment and training; develop management personnel.
• Coordinate labor relations and union negotiations where applicable.
• Complete reports as per corporate procedures.
• Maintain ownership attributes ensuring high customer service.
