Restaurant Associates is seeking a Regional Director based in New York to report to the President of Operations. This experienced people leader will drive strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain the high-touch client relationship RA is known for with our premier museum and corporate clients.

You will lead business strategy, manage account teams, monitor budgets and KPIs, and ensure profitability while upholding RA's CARE culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive food service management experience.
• 5+ years experience Large Scale Multi-Client/Contract Managed Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business strategy and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Direct and lead a team of account managers.
• Monitor and strategize to reach annual targets and client forecasts; ensure profitability.
• Promote RA culture and ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Support recruitment and training efforts; develop management talent and staffing plans.
