Job summary

Temco Logistics in Pomona, CA is seeking a Regional Director for the Central region to lead distribution centers, drive operational excellence, and ensure safe, efficient final-mile operations.

You will develop regional strategies, oversee staff recruitment and training, monitor performance, collaborate with retailers and internal partners to expand capacity, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while growing the flatbed market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics or transportation, with flatbed operations.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and distribution operations and regulatory requirements.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Director for our Central region. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing and providing strategic leadership to our Distribution centers across the region. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, manage the overall performance of the Final Mile delivery Markets, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the regional distribution network.
