Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics or transportation, with emphasis on distribution/flatbed operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation and distribution operations, with regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Distribution centers within the region.
• Drive improved operational performance across the region to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution processes and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the regional network.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Flatbed market.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
