Job summary

Onterris seeks a senior leader to guide environmental service operations in Colorado with a focus on oil & gas sectors. You will partner with regional leaders to execute strategic initiatives, supervise budgets, staffing, safety metrics, and client delivery across Colorado offices.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in environmental consulting and 10+ years in leadership, with a proven ability to drive growth, manage multi-office P&L, and lead organizational change while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting, natural resources, energy, oil & gas, or related industries.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, operational performance, and business growth.
• Experience managing regional or multi-office P&L responsibilities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Vice Presidents to develop strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
• Lead regional operations, manage P&L and oversee staffing, safety metrics and project performance.
• Drive operational excellence, mergers/acquisitions support, and regulatory compliance.
