Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a four-year college.
• 3–5 years of quality assurance experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background, MVR, and drug test.
• OSHA 10 or 30 Construction preferred or willingness to complete training.
• Familiarity with OSHA Construction or General Industry standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for project resources and equipment.
• Manage onsite schedules and field staff assignments.
• Oversee PPE, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Support field operations safety programs and HASPs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and data collection.
• Mentor field team personnel.
• Conduct field audits to verify safety compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and communication.
• Travel locally and occasionally overnight.
