Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in financial services or service organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading large service teams.
• Experience developing talent while managing organizations of significant size and complexity.
• Series 7 license.
• Strong client-facing experience, including relationship management and complex issue resolution.
• Experience leading teams through organizational change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Premium Service strategy and translate priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing organization focused on delivering exceptional service experiences for Premium advisors.
• Drive strategic problem solving using data, advisor insights, and business knowledge to improve outcomes.
• Partner with leaders across LPL to deliver a seamless advisor experience and advance enterprise priorities.
• Build strong relationships with advisors and firms as an escalation point for complex service issues.
• Leverage feedback and service metrics to identify opportunities for service enhancement and advisor growth.
• Lead operating routines, including performance management and workforce planning.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement to enhance advisor experience and efficiency.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure adoption of new strategies and models.
