Job summary

• Must meet state education/credential requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Childcare Center Director.
• GA Pre-K, Quality Rated and CACFP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Center Directors and Assistant Directors across the region.
• Oversee licensing, compliance, and audits across centers.
• Drive enrollment growth and family engagement while ensuring quality.
• Monitor financial performance, staffing, and operational efficiency.
