Job summary

McKinstry seeks a Regional Director to lead Prime MEP operations in Seattle, WA. You will drive regional business performance, develop strategic plans, recruit and guide teams, and expand services across markets.

You’ll collaborate with executives to deliver profitable revenue, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while building relationships with government and industry leaders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated proficiency of all the responsibilities of a Sr. Director of Operations or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce preferred.
• Four (4) year college level training in architecture, architectural engineering, engineering, mechanical/electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience required.
• Fifteen (15) years of prime construction project team and/or design team management experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of financial management programs and software required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional NDB Team and drive business performance.
• Expand the McKinstry business model into additional markets in the region.
• Develop brand with local government entities as a Prime MEP.
• Design Build leadership for energy projects and data center fitouts.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders and associations.
• Promote National Design Build services externally and internally.
