Job summary

Semperis is seeking a regional leader to drive Customer Success across the Western United States. The role focuses on developing a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, accelerating customer value realization, and strengthening adoption and advocacy across our client base.

You will align Semperis’s Customer Success strategy with regional execution, collaborating closely with Sales, Renewals, Technical Delivery, Product, and Support to ensure cohesive delivery and maximum renewal

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Success Managers across the Western US, driving customer value, adoption, retention, and advocacy.
• Translate Semperis's Customer Success strategy into strong regional execution and coordinate with Sales, Renewals, Technical Delivery, Product, and Support.
• Own regional portfolio outcomes, including gross retention, renewal readiness, and customer health, while coaching teams on proactive adoption and value realization.
