ADP, Inc. seeks a Regional Director to provide strategic leadership and financial oversight for a portfolio of community associations in Florida's Port Charlotte—Punta Gorda region.

This executive role emphasizes client service, staff development, and cross-functional coordination to uphold high-quality standards. The role requires leading LCAMs, managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong Board relationships while driving growth and service excellence

Qualifications

• 2 years of Active Florida Licensed LCAM required.
• Minimum of five years of Community Association Management experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership or multi-site/regional management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• Strong knowledge of Florida condo and HOA operations, governing documents, and statutes.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing multiple communities.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reserve planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of condominiums and homeowners associations.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop LCAMs and support staff.
• Set performance expectations, evaluate, coach, and plan succession for direct reports.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and client service excellence across the region.
• Build relationships with Boards, homeowners, developers, vendors, and partners.
• Attend board, annual, and budget meetings to support managers and clients.
• Guide on governing documents, operations, and Florida statutes.
