Job summary

Condominium Associates seeks a Regional Director to provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of community associations in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and surrounding areas in Florida. You will oversee LCAMs, Boards, and internal teams to drive financial performance, governance, and exceptional client service.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and ability to travel regionally, with collaboration across departments to ensure consistent service standards and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Florida LCAM license (if applicable)
• 5+ years Community Association Management experience
• 2+ years leadership/regional management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Florida condo/HOA operations
• Experience leading teams across multiple communities
• Financial management experience (budgets, forecasting)
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for an assigned portfolio of condo and HOAs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Community Association Managers and staff.
• Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and develop succession plans.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
• Manage governance, financial, and homeowner issues with Boards.
• Build relationships with Boards, homeowners, and vendors.
• Attend meetings to support managers and clients.
• Guide on governing documents, Florida statutes, and best practices.
• Collaborate on risk management and compliance matters.
• Review financial statements and budgets for performance alignment.
• Develop annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Identify trends and opportunities; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor contract compliance and capital projects across portfolio.
• Ensure consistent policies and service standards.
• Support business development and client presentations.
• Recruit and onboard regional staff with HR partners.
• Conduct regular meetings and site visits for continuous improvement.
