Shea Apartment Communities is seeking a Regional Director to lead multipleColorado communities from the Denver office. The role requires strategic oversight of operations, finances, and service quality while guiding General/Community Managers and their teams.

The position emphasizes development, asset optimization, and collaboration with executive leadership on capital planning and market strategy. A strong, hands-on leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years management experience in multifamily industry, preferably in Colorado.
• Should have prior responsibility for managing at least a 700-unit property or multi-site responsibilities.
• Experience with Lease-Ups, Affordable and Market rate housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regional Leadership: Oversee multiple communities within the region, ensuring optimal performance across financial, operational, and customer service metrics.
• Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop General/Community Managers and onsite associates to build high-performing teams.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement annual business plans and long-term strategies for portfolio growth and asset optimization.
• Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and expense control through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
