AccentCare seeks a Regional Director of Clinical Operations - Hospice Registered Nurse to lead inpatient and outpatient hospice care initiatives with nationwide scope. The role requires RN licensure, clinical management experience, and a willingness to travel four days per week across states.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly and quarterly clinical and medical director meetings.
• Oversee inpatient center operations and accreditation readiness.
• Contribute to strategic planning locally and nationally.
• Serve as clinical expert for AccentCare inpatient locations, including on-call situations.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development for staff training.
• Review audits to support clinical services and budget analysis.
• Maintain site staffing budgets.

Salary: $150K -$170K DOE + Bonus eligible

Must live in Southwest Region: Will support Southern California

All offices in LA, Orange, San Bernadino, San Diego and El Centro

Current RN License for CA

Willing to travel 4 days per week state to state

Schedule: M-F / Limited On call support as needed

As an Regional Director Clinical Operations RN -Hospice, you will have the ability to work at the top of your licensure while working one-on-one with your clients to provide them with customized care. Under the guidance of your physician, you will develop plans of care and utilize nursing theories, skills, and techniques to provide quality care to your clients on a daily basis.

Be the Best Regional Director Clinical Operations You Can Be!

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree preferred
• 4+ years clinical management experience
• Registered Nurse License in all applicable states
• Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse certification

Responsibilities:

As a Regional Director Inpatient Center Operations, you will:

• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Clinical & Medical Director Meetings and Team Director Boot Camps as needed
• Assist with Inpatient Center start-up operations and preparedness for accreditation surveys
• Contribute to strategic planning with a growth mindset, locally and nationally
• Serve as clinical expert for all AccentCare Inpatient Center locations, including 24/7 on-call situations
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development department
• Review inpatient audit reports to support clinical services, including process improvement and budget analysis in partnership with the Director of Clinical Informatics
• Assist in maintaining site-specific staffing budget
