Job summary
Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Business Director in Chicago to lead a high-performing account management team focused on community-focused networks, infusion centers, and major healthcare stakeholders. The RBD will recruit, train, and guide KAMs, design short- and long-term plans, and drive access and sales growth across oncology, rheumatology, and immunology portfolios.
The role reports to the National Project Director, contributes to commercial strategy, and oversees regional budgeting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales leadership experience in institutional, specialty, biologics, oncology, immunology, rheumatology, or hospital-based environments.
- Proven success recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales and account management teams.
- Experience executing complex account-based business strategies in community-based networks and infusion centers.
- Product launch leadership in hospital, specialty, or institutional settings.
Responsibilities
