Job summary

S:US is seeking a Regional Director to provide leadership and direction to Program Directors across residential and Behavioral Health programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, model best practices, and drive new tools and initiatives within the work model.

The role requires strong management experience, a master’s degree in human services, and a professional track record of guiding teams to achieve consistent competencies and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or related discipline is required.
• License is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Leadership capability to manage and coach Program Directors.

Responsibilities

• Applies broad knowledge of the regulatory landscape to coach Program Directors.
• Manage and coach Program Directors to develop leadership and implement plans.
• Interface with internal and external sources to resolve issues and advise decisions.
• Represent the agency professionally to funders, consumers, and partners.
