• Experience overseeing 20+ stores across a multi-brand region.
• Strong ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Proven skills in influencing senior leaders and leading organizational change.
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel region-wide.

Responsibilities

• Set regional strategy and align district priorities with company goals.
• Lead field teams to execute initiatives and improve performance.
• Oversee financials including revenue growth, profitability, and COGS.
• Develop leaders and succession planning across the region.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT to implement programs.
• Ensure safety, service quality, and brand standards region-wide.
• Support acquisitions, openings, and regional expansion.
• Drive guest satisfaction and increase car count and retention.
