Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Regional Director to oversee clinical operations across a defined region in the United States. The role focuses on patient care excellence, regional growth, and strong leadership of clinical and support staff.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and managing relationships with physicians and the community to expand referrals and advanced clinical services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred in a related field.
• 3 years of clinical operations experience preferred.
• 1 year of Clinic Manager experience preferred.
• Current State Physical Therapist License required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, and goal setting for regional clinics.
• Project volumes and staffing to fit business needs and profitability.
• Develop business plans to grow referrals and clinical services.
• Oversee regional clinical and administrative operations and facility needs.
• Collaborate with Resource Center to drive regional growth and opportunities.
• Manage staff through hiring, onboarding, training, and performance processes.
