Athletico Physical Therapy seeks a Regional Director to oversee clinics in the region, drive growth, and ensure exceptional patient care. You’ll lead strategic planning, staff development, and collaboration across departments to meet ambitious metrics and goals.

The role focuses on leadership, performance management, and regional optimization while maintaining clinical excellence and patient outcomes. Travel is required as part of regional supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
• 3 years clinical operations experience preferred.
• 1 year Clinic Manager experience preferred.
• Current State Physical Therapist license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Proven track record of developing and motivating a high-performing team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, and goal-setting for clinics and region.
• Plan labor force to meet growth, profitability, and regional needs.
• Develop business plans to grow patient referrals and expand clinical services.
• Oversee regional operations including facilities, CAPEX, and relocation as needed.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to maintain high morale.
