Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy seeks a Regional Director to oversee operations, growth and staff development across a designated region. You will ensure exceptional patient care, cultivate relationships with physicians and the community, and drive regional metrics and goals.

This full-time role involves strategic leadership, mentorship programs, and travel to multiple locations as needed to achieve objectives. Leadership programs and residency opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred.
• 3 years of clinical operations experience preferred.
• 1 year of Clinic Manager experience preferred.
• Current State Physical Therapist Professional License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting and goal-setting within clinics and region.
• Project business volumes to fit staffing and profitability.
• Develop business plans to align with organizational objectives and grow referrals.
• Oversee clinical and administrative operations for the region.
• Collaborate with Resource Center to facilitate regional growth.
• Hire, onboard, train and manage performance; maintain team morale.
• Direct patient care on an as-needed basis.
