Job summary

VenVisor Health is seeking a Region Director to oversee the provider experience and facility satisfaction in the Cleveland region. You will support field staff, align operations with facilities, and act as a primary liaison for Medical Directors, Specialists, and PCPs.

You will lead issue resolution, ensure compliance, and drive growth through collaboration with Sales and internal teams. The role demanding strong leadership, clinical background, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Active RN Licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a clinical field such as nursing.
• Minimum 4 years supporting staff and providers in clinical settings or RN experience in long-term care.
• Strong leadership, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with ability to support clinical staff and patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider experience and facility/client satisfaction.
• Coordinate policy/process updates and respond to CPT related questions.
• Serve as facility liaison and manage new service requests.
• Be primary contact for facilities, medical directors, specialists, and PCPs.
• Assist field teams with documentation, coding questions, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct in-person site visits, including quarterly meetings with Medical Directors.
• Address provider performance, audits, and compliance issues.
• Handle escalations from the account manager regarding VenVisor Health and providers.
• Confirm facility contacts and explain roles such as Scheduling and daily reports.
• Collaborate with Sales to support growth through presentations and facility assessments.

Salary per annum: $110,000 - $120,000 per annum

Job Description

The Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Region Director to oversee and manage the Provider experience, and Facility/Client satisfaction. The Region Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring that VenVisor Health is providing the necessary support to our field staff, who are supporting our client facilities through direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication regarding policy and process updates, questions related to HTR and Care Management reports
• Work with VenVisor Health's internal teams on making adjustments when needed, based on feedback from our providers, regional representatives, and VenVisor Health corporate office to ensure the alignment of VenVisor Health 's operational procedures with facilities' initiatives and existing procedures
• Act as the facility liaison and manage new service requests
• Act as the primary point of contact for Facility providers, including Medical Directors, Specialists, and PCPs
• Provide support for field providers regarding any matters outside of daily operations: documentation and coding questions, clarification of VenVisor Health policies, billing questions, etc.
• Conduct in-person facility site visits, on an as-needed basis, including quarterly meetings with the assigned Medical Directors
• Address provider performance and productivity based on audit results, timeliness and quality of documentation, compliance issues, etc.
• Handle escalations from the account manager related to VenVisor Health and providers
• Confirm facility contacts and explain the role of each, e.g. Specialty Scheduling contact, HTR Reports, AI daily reports, etc.
• Partner with Sales staff to support growth efforts through presentations to prospective accounts and facility assessments

Qualifications

• Active RN Licensure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a Clinical-related degree such as nursing
• Minimum 4 years experience in supporting staff and providers in a Clinical Setting, sales experience, and/or experience as an RN in a long-term care setting
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in handling employee escalations, customer service, and problem-solving
• Strategic thinker with a passion for providing support to clinical staff and impacting outcomes for patients in a long-term care setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT)
