Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/MD license in Ohio.
• State license in good standing in Ohio.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.
• Prolonged standing/walking; lifting up to 20 lbs; computer work; lifting/moving patients.
• Prolonged sitting.
