Job summary

Cedarhurst Living is seeking a Regional Dining Services Director to oversee dining operations across multiple Cedarhurst communities. You will train and support Dining Services Directors, ensure food quality, safety, and budget performance, and lead pre-opening dining activities for new communities.

The role requires frequent weekly travel, collaboration with Executive Directors, and regular site visits with written follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or accredited culinary training required.
• Three years of dining experience in a senior care community.
• ServSafe certification and state licensure may be required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and training to Dining Services Directors across Cedarhurst communities.
• Oversee menu development, budgets, safety, and Cedarhurst dining programs.
• Lead pre-opening dining setup for new communities and coordinate vendor schedules.
