Job summary

Cedarhurst is seeking a Regional Dining Services Director to oversee and support Dining Services departments across assigned Cedarhurst communities. You will partner with Executive Directors and regional teams to ensure food quality, presentation, service, safety, and budgets meet Cedarhurst standards.

Regular travel across communities is required, with auto and phone allowances provided. The role includes training for new and tenured DSDs, quality assurance, health department compliance, site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or accredited culinary training.
• 3 years dining experience in a senior care setting with leadership.
• ServSafe certification and state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support EDs with interviewing and screening for DSD roles.
• Provide ongoing training for DSDs on budgets, menu systems, and Cedarhurst programs.
• Supervise community dining service departments per leadership chain.
• Ensure Quality Assurance schedules and health guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate pre-opening activities for new communities.
• Travel to assigned communities weekly.
