Qualifications

• Experience in dining services within skilled nursing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of dietary care and clinical nutrition in patient settings.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and supervision of dining services across multiple locations.
• Lead and manage food service teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Ensure health regulation compliance, safety standards, and quality dining experiences.
• Develop and manage budgets for each facility’s dietary department.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to plan nutritionally appropriate care for residents.
• Monitor food production processes to deliver nutritious meals meeting needs.
• Utilize EHR systems to document care plans and dietary assessments.
• Train staff on safety, hygiene, and best practices in food service.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams on nutrition strategies and assessments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery and trends.
