Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a NORAM Digital Experience Lead to drive end-to-end digital experience delivery across North America. You will translate global strategy into local execution, manage resources and teams, and shape ongoing adoption and improvements across multiple sites.

With 8–10+ years in digital/tech roles and strong stakeholder skills, you’ll influence outcomes, lead regional growth, and champion data-driven decision making in a large, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years related experience.
