Job summary

Capital One Auto Finance is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the South Pittsburgh area, including Wheeling and Morgantown, to partner with automobile dealerships and drive adoption of our lead-generation and lending solutions.

As the primary contact for each dealer, you will present products, train dealers, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence while delivering superior client service and measurable results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience or B2B sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 1+ year experience with lead-provider products and automotive financing/advertising media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with key decision makers at each dealer location.
• Maintain and grow Capital One Auto Finance’s leading position as a national full credit spectrum auto lender.
• Be a product expert across our digital lead-generation platform and provide solutions that help dealers achieve their sales objectives.
• Confidently deliver sales presentations and facilitate dealer training to drive product adoption.
• Be innovative, organized, and driven to achieve extraordinary business results while providing best in class service to each dealer.
• Create and execute a monthly plan of dealer engagement based on careful analysis of available data and sales metrics.
• Work closely with internal business partners and teammates to drive cohesion and operational excellence.
