Archway Management is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multi-facility healthcare dietary programs. You will mentor Food Service Directors, drive dining excellence, and manage budgets across locations with a focus on quality and cost control.

Must have previous multi-facility healthcare dietary experience and be able to travel regionally. A CDL-style leadership mindset and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Certified Dietary Manager required.
• Multi-site Dietary Operations experience required.
• Willingness to travel regionally frequently.
• 2–5 years coordinating food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and apply company policies to ensure quality service at lowest cost.
• Collaborate with dietitians to meet federal/state requirements.
• Develop client relationships and understand client needs and expectations.
• Establish internal QA/assessment processes and client satisfaction surveys.
• Lead budgeting, planning, and production records for units to meet targets.
• Review financial results and adjust actions to improve performance.
• Provide training and development for Food Service Directors.
• Ensure accounting practices and compliance across facilities.
