Job summary

STGi is seeking a Regional Dietary Manager to lead nutrition and food service operations across multiple long-term care facilities within an assigned region. The role emphasizes resident-centered dining, regulatory compliance, and staff development, with extensive travel throughout the region.

The position requires CDM or RDN credentials, ServSafe certification, and 3–5 years of dietary management experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• CDM or RDN credential required.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• 3–5 years of dietary management experience in long-term care or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of CMS dietary regulations, food safety standards, and infection prevention.
• Ability to travel regularly within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dietary and food service operations across multiple long-term care facilities.
• Ensure meals meet residents' nutritional needs, preferences, and physician-ordered diets.
• Promote resident-centered dining and quality of life initiatives.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
• Ensure CMS regulatory compliance and food safety standards.
• Provide coaching and oversight to facility Dietary Managers and staff.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Support menu planning and diet modifications; review quality metrics.
