• Travel: Willingness to travel regionally to meet clients and practices nationally.

Job Description:

The Regional Business Development Representative will be

responsible for promoting and selling our company to dental practices and professionals nationwide. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for the dental industry. The ideal candidate will effectively manage relationships, conduct presentations, and assist in marketing strategies to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, practices, and distributors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Market Research:Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer

feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Trade Shows and Events:Represent the company at national dental trade

shows, conferences, and events, networking with potential clients and industry

professionals.

• Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional

materials, campaigns, and strategies that effectively communicate our brand and

products.

• Reporting:Track performance metrics and customer interactions using

spreadsheets, providing regular updates to management.

• Travel:Willingness to travel regionally to meet with clients, and practices and

nationally for conferences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Desired 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the

dental or healthcare industry.

• Strong understanding of the dental market and medicaid a plus

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer

relationships.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.

Base Salary - $75,000 to $90,000 + Quarterly Bonus
