Job summary

Braven is hiring an Associate Director, Development (Regional Portfolio) to lead regional fundraising strategy and support Braven’s External Affairs team. You will manage a portfolio of regions, collaborate with regional directors, and drive grant writing and donor engagement to help reach a $200M multi-year fundraising goal.

You will coordinate with central teams for data, finance, and systems, while ensuring standardized donor narratives and impactful collateral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree.
• 5-7 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms like iWave.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional fundraising strategy and execute plans to raise donor gifts.
• Mentor and partner with regional teams to implement revenue strategies.
• Manage grant processes and ensure timely, high-quality narratives and data.
• Collaborate with central teams to supply inputs for grants and donor communications.
• Maintain and optimize donor narratives and collateral for regional funders.
• Track revenue progress and regional pipeline against goals.
• Oversee stewardship systems and donor recognition programs.
