Job summary

Mentoring Alliance seeks a Development Director for Greater Waco to drive fundraising strategy and donor engagement. You will personally engage donors, grow revenue, and lead regional development efforts in alignment with the ministry’s mission.

The role requires a college degree and 3–5 years of direct fundraising experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to expand support in the Waco community.

Qualifications

• College degree and 3–5 years of direct fundraising experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with donor relations, major gifts, and stewardship.
• Knowledge of Waco/Greater Waco school systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Greater Waco fundraising strategy and revenue growth.
• Engage and manage a portfolio of major gifts and donors.
• Build and sustain relationships with community partners and churches.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and regional teammates on campaigns.
