Nalley Consulting is seeking a Regional Desk Officer to support Pentagon operations. This senior role requires Active TS/SCI with a CI polygraph and a strong background in all-source intelligence analysis and strategic writing.

You'll rotate through a 5-week cycle across day and night shifts, including on-call weeks, and you will deliver actionable intelligence products and briefings for clients ranging from tactical to strategic.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of intelligence analysis or related experience.
• Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as a Regional Desk Officer at the Pentagon.

Position: Regional Desk Officer
LCAT: Senior
Location: Pentagon(NMCC)
Shift work: Yes

5-week rotation:

• Week 1: M-F / 0600-1400
• Week 2: M-F / 1400-2200
• Week 3: M-Sun / 2200-0600
• Week 4: Admin M-F, work Sat/Sun 0600-1800 (Admin time provides balance in work/life schedule, enables the employee to relax or travel, etc.)
• Week 5: On-call Mon-Sun

Then cycle repeats.

Required clearance and polygraph:

ActiveTS/SCI and current CI polygraph conducted within the past seven years. Only candidates with active CI polys can be considered.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training
• Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings
• Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required (due to the urgency of this fill, we cannot accept candidates who do not have a recent polygraph)
• 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing and a willingness to learn.
