Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst specializing in Current Intel at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and 12+ years of relevant experience, including recent work, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

The analyst will produce daily intelligence briefs, fuse multiple intelligence sources, and ensure ICD-compliant products for USCYBERCOM and DoDIN, coordinating with IC counterparts and components.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 12+ years experience w/o degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD.
• Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts and IC/DoD classification guidelines.
• Adherence to IC analytic tradecraft standards ICD 203/206/208 & 209.
• Ability to produce timely, concise analytic reports and briefings in MS Office formats.
• Experience with evaluating and synthesizing multiple information sources under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Articulate adversary doctrine, objectives, and capabilities for operational and strategic decisions.
• Fuse SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and intrusion data to create a current threat picture.
• Maintain ICD 203/206/208/209 tradecraft across products.
• Respond to RFIs from J2 and USCYBERCOM within timelines.
• Coordinate with IC counterparts and partner organizations to reflect accurate intelligence.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst specializing in Current Intel at Fort Meade, MD.

Location: Fort Meade, MD - OPS

Required clearance and polygraph: TS/SCI with CI polygraph. Only candidates with current polygraphs taken within the past seven years can be considered.

Required Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting relevant analysis, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Description

In this role, you'll produce the daily intelligence briefs and products that USCYBERCOM leadership and component commands depend on to understand adversary doctrine, objectives, and technical capabilities across the DoDIN. You'll work at the intersection of speed and rigor — delivering timely, ICD-compliant products that inform decisions at the highest levels of the cyber command.

• Produce daily current intelligence briefs and products in direct support ofDoDIN, USCYBERCOM, and component operations and defense
• Articulate adversary doctrine, objectives, and technical capabilities to inform operational and strategic decision‑making
• Conduct all‑source analysis fusing SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical intrusion data to develop a comprehensive, current threat picture
• Adhere to ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards across all products:ICD 203, 206, 208, and209
• Respond promptly to J2 and USCYBERCOM staff Requests for Information (RFIs) within current intelligence timelines
• Coordinate with IC counterparts, USCYBERCOM service components, and partner organizations to ensure current intelligence products reflect the most accurate and complete picture available
• Support DoDIN defense and CYBERCOM operations with timely, actionable intelligence products
• Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command‑wide programs and initiatives

Required qualifications

• ActiveTop Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)clearance with Polygraph
• Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
• Working knowledge of all‑source analytic concepts, current intelligence production, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
• Demonstrated adherence to IC analytic tradecraft standards:ICD 203, 206, 208, and209
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, assessments, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats
• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information, recognizing nuances and resolving contradictions under time pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated grammar proficiency
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors and HUMINT sources

Desired qualifications

• Experience with all‑source analysis tools:Tripwire, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Microsoft OneNote
• Familiarity with:Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder
• Background in cyber threat analysis, DoDIN defense, or USCYBERCOM current intelligence production
• Experience producing daily current intelligence products in a joint or combatant command environment
• Familiarity with USCYBERCOM J2 battle rhythm, PIRs, and current intelligence reporting requirements
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
• Master's degree in a related field —or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior‑level experience (17 years total)
