Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Network Development Analyst in Riverdale, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with a current CI poly and a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

You will explore data sources, perform pattern of life and social network analyses, and deliver briefings and written products for senior policymakers and DoD customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within the IC or Combatant Command environments.
• Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and briefings for senior policymakers and DoD customers.
• Experience with SIGINT and HUMINT tools/databases and high-side software such as Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, and BODHI.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment.
• Validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policymakers, DoD officials, and operational customers about issues pertaining to a specified client area of responsibility (AOR).
• Use structured methodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and apply specialized subject matter expertise to guide efforts.
• Analyze the development of products tailored to clients at tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.

Nice If You Have

• Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
• Master's degree in Intelligence Analysis or International Relations
