Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking an All Source Analyst focusing on order of battle at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI poly willingness and 3+ years of analysis or 7+ years of intelligence experience in lieu of a degree. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualified candidates will have MIDB/MARS experience and be able to brief senior officials, manage multiple projects, and work independently in a demanding DoD/IC environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI poly willingness.
• BA with 3+ years of analysis OR 7+ years of intelligence experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with MIDB or MARS and all-source analysis.
• Experience briefing senior military/government officials.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst focusing on order of battle

Location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, D.C.
LCAT: Mid
Desired experience: At least 3 years of experience conducting analysis.
Desired education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis, or 7+ years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree.
Clearance requirements: TS/SCI; willingness to take CI poly. Candidates with CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Experience with briefing senior military and government officials
• Active TS/SCI clearance (preference will be given to candidates with an in-scope CI poly)
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of South America, Central America, and/or the Caribbean
• Ability to work independently while applying government policyguidance
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
