Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Regional Director to lead the Nashville office across all disciplines. You will drive growth, revenue, profitability, and client relationships while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, proposals, financial reporting, and business development. A strong track record in leadership and design is required, with licensed architect preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Interior Design and/or Architecture.
• Proven experience leading a team, studio or office.
• Proposals and business development experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Licensed Architect strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Ability to lead and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of work and team members for the office.
• Ensure all proposals and contracts are in place.
• Manage group's organizational chart, project budget reports, and monthly financials.
