Job summary

Ware Malcomb in Las Vegas seeks a Regional Director to lead the office across disciplines, driving growth, profitability, staff management and client relationships. You will oversee budgets, proposals, and monthly financials while promoting new work through networking and strategic planning.

The role requires 15+ years in interior design/architecture, leadership experience, and strong BD capabilities; licensed architect preferred. Full-time, long-term position with firm-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Las Vegas office and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure all proposals and contracts are in place and aligned with client needs.
• Oversee financial tracking including project budgets, revenue projections and monthly reports.
• Market and promote new work; represent the firm at business development events.
• Develop annual Strategic Plan and Mind Map for the office.
• Drive Diversification Services growth and measurable outcomes.
• Utilize the CRM system to track BD activities and progress.
• Lead project pursuits strategy in collaboration with marketing and leadership.
• Foster positive relationships with Ware Malcomb leadership across the firm.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top talent.

The Regional Director is a key member of the Ware Malcomb senior management team, responsible for leading the Las Vegas office across all disciplines. You will be responsible for the growth, revenue, profitability, staff management and client relationships for the Las Vegas market. This includes nurturing a positive, team-oriented environment, ensuring financial goals and deadlines are being met, and driving growth through networking / business development.

Your Role

• Responsible for day-to-day management of work and team members for the office.
• Overall responsibility for having all proposals and contracts in place.
• Responsible for the group’s organizational chart, project budget reports, review of monthly project revenue projections & monthly financials and the preparation of monthly business reports.
• Consistently market and promote getting new work for Ware Malcomb to grow the office. Attend business development/networking functions.
• Prepare an annual Strategic Plan and Mind Map for your office.
• Show measurable attainment of Ware Malcomb Diversification Services.
• Utilize Ware Malcomb’s CRM system to track all Business Development activities.
• Leads strategy for project pursuits, collaborating with the marketing team.
• Communication, collaboration and positive relationship building with Ware Malcomb leadership company wide.
• Create and lead a positive, team orientated environment.
• Partner with internal Talent Acquisition team to hire new team members.
