Socket.dev is seeking a Director of Operations to guide and support an established team of dermatology offices. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple locations with emphasis on patient experience, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Yearly Salary is $130,000-$150,000. The position emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and growth to deliver high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing managers and practice leadership teams.
• Knowledge of the medical environment, physician group practice, managed care, physician compensation, healthcare contracting and regulations and financial and operating systems.
• Solid strategic thinker, with a strong operational focus, good judgment, and detail-oriented perspective.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple dermatology locations.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; manage budgets.
• Improve workflow, patient access, and service excellence.
• Oversee revenue cycle performance, productivity, and expenses.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across sites.
• Recruit, develop, and retain practice leaders and staff.
• Coach and mentor leaders; foster accountability and teamwork.
