Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple dermatology offices within the region, driving financial performance and strategic growth. You will lead GMs/PMs, optimize provider scheduling, and manage cross-functional initiatives to deliver excellence in patient care across sites.

The role requires travel to offices within the region, with on-site leadership and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in healthcare or dermatology settings.
• Strong conflict-resolution and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple offices or clinics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L and financial performance across offices.
• Lead strategic growth initiatives and capacity planning.
• Drive provider engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Ensure SOPs, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across region.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to execute company initiatives.
