Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee its dermatology centers, teams, and processes. You will build a capable office staff, drive operational KPIs, and ensure SOP compliance while coaching providers and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, budget adherence, and maintaining a positive, efficient office environment across Schweiger sites in California and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in healthcare administration.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer literacy with familiarity in clinic systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build a capable office team at each site.
• Meet monthly center goals and KPIs.
• Ensure SOP compliance and coach staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive results.
• Oversee staffing, medical and office supplies within budgets.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and positive reviews.
