Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee its Livingston, NJ area centers, building strong teams and optimizing daily operations. You will drive KPIs, manage staffing and budgets, and implement SOPs to ensure top-tier patient care and a positive work environment.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in healthcare, a solid understanding of dermatology operations, and a passion for developing staff and achieving measurable results across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Healthcare administration or management background preferred
• Strong computer literacy
• Leadership qualities with good communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills must be developed
• Dermatology experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance
