This role owns regional P&L results, drives strategic growth, develops high-performing leadership teams, and ensures consistent execution of The Schweiger Way.Job Responsibilities1. Regional P&L Ownership & Financial PerformanceOwn full regional P&L performance, including revenue growth, expense management, margin optimization, and EBITDA contribution.Lead and hold General Managers (GMs) and Practice Managers (PMs) accountable for achieving monthly and annual financial targets and key performance indicators.Analyze regional performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement data-driven action plans to drive measurable improvement.Present monthly regional performance insights, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the Leadership Team.2. Strategic Growth & Market ExpansionLead regional growth initiatives, including de novo launches, acquisition integrations, provider ramp-up strategies, and capacity planning.Optimize provider scheduling and utilization to increase access, enhance productivity, and maximize revenue.Identify and execute market expansion and service line growth opportunities within the region.Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful integration of new offices, providers, and operational initiatives.3. Provider Engagement & RetentionPartner with the Regional Medical Director to proactively manage provider engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Identify providers at risk and implement structured action plans to address concerns and improve experience.Support recruitment, onboarding, and seamless integration of new providers to ensure strong ramp-up and long-term success.Maintain a high-performing provider environment aligned with the company’s clinical and cultural standards.4. Leadership Development & Talent StrategyBuild and develop a high-performing leadership bench through structured coaching, succession planning, and performance management of GMs and PMs.Evaluate leadership capabilities and make strategic talent decisions to meet evolving business needs.Foster accountability, ownership, and operational excellence across all offices.Promote a culture of positivity and engagement, maintaining provider and staff Net Promoter Scores.5. Operational Excellence & ComplianceEnsure consistent execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through structured audits, performance oversight, and accountability frameworks.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, patient flow, and service excellence.Oversee resolution of escalated patient concerns in partnership with the Regional Medical Director and local leadership to protect patient experience and brand reputation.Ensure regional compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA (when applicable) and all regulatory requirements through proactive oversight and corrective action planning.6. Enterprise Leadership & Cross-Functional PartnershipServe as the primary operational liaison between regional offices and corporate departments.Lead regional implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.Model and champion The Schweiger Way fundamentals to foster a consistent, positive, and high-performing culture.7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Responsible for delivering measurable regional results aligned to annually established KPIs by Operations Leadership.Sets clear expectations with direct reports, monitors performance through data dashboards and business reviews, and ensures consistent execution of company initiatives to achieve financial, operational, and cultural targets.Qualifications5 or more years of leadership required.Healthcare administration or management background.Conflict resolution skills must be exceptionally developed.Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.Strong computer literacy.Dermatology and/or Allergy experience preferred.TravelEmployee is expected to travel to offices within their region throughout the week to complete site visits and meet with Providers, GM / RM, and office teams. About 80% of the RMs weekly time should be spent on site at offices.
