Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee its centers, teams, and processes essential to our success. You will build a capable office team and drive operational performance across centers.

Lead KPI achievement, staffing optimization, and SOP compliance while coaching staff and ensuring autonomous, positive office environments. Travel within the region; compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration.
• Healthcare administration or management background preferred.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Leadership qualities with strong communication skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Dermatology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop A-Team that delivers top operational outcomes and KPIs.
• Lead center goals, staffing, and budget adherence.
• Audit SOPs and ensure compliance across offices.
• Coach staff and build autonomous, high-performing centers.
• Collaborate with other departments to align objectives.
