Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to ensure smooth, efficient multi-site clinic performance across the region. You will manage a large team, partner with providers and corporate departments, and report to the COO while working with the Market Medical Director.

Ideal candidates reside in the greater Atlanta area, are comfortable with 50–60% regional travel, and drive growth through strategic planning and strong leadership across clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' management experience; multi-site healthcare management preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L for 22 clinics and 300+ staff, including providers and support teams.
• Develop and execute regional operating plans to drive financial and clinical goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs, coach underperforming centers, and drive performance.
• Collaborate with Market Medical Director and regional leadership on decisions.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
