Epiphany Dermatology is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee 22 clinics across GA, SC, VA, MD, and NJ, ensuring seamless multi-site operations and strong financial performance.

This role reports to the COO, travels 50-60% within the region, and leads a diverse team including clinicians and administrative staff. Bachelor’s or Master’s in business/healthcare required; 3+ years of regional management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in management; multi-site healthcare management preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the region and reside in the region (GA/SC/MD/VA/NJ).

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for 22 dermatology clinics and 300+ staff.
• Develop and execute regional operating plans to drive financial growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.
• Coach and develop managers and staff across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with Market Medical Director and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives.
