Job summary

PhyNet Dermatology LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple dermatology centers in Georgia (Douglasville, Columbus, Rome, Cartersville). The role will plan, manage, and execute strategy to meet financial and patient-care goals across the region.

You will lead clinic operations, budgeting, compliance, staffing, and market initiatives, partnering with physicians and senior management to drive exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Seven years of management experience, including at least three years in a healthcare organization.
• Five years of budgeting and financial analysis experience, dermatology experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration; master’s preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with others.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare administration and operating procedures.
• Proficiency in fiscal management and human resource management techniques.
• Familiarity with healthcare administration systems and governmental regulations.
• Competency in computer systems and applications.
• Strong planning, organizing, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations to align with corporate goals and improve service, engagement, and patient experience.
• Direct scheduling, budgeting, materials management, HR, data processing, and facilities maintenance.
• Supervise daily operations including patient registration, cash handling, and referrals/authorizations.
• Develop understanding of dermatology clinic operations to support providers and financial goals.
• Contribute to development of corporate goals, objectives, and policies.
• Promote cost-effective, high-quality healthcare and patient satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop center staff; manage performance and disciplinary actions.
