Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple dermatology centers within territory
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for each center
• Manage budgeting, revenue forecasting, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulations and payer requirements
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of center staff
• Coordinate with senior management on policy and operational improvements
