Neocis, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive adoption of the Yomi Robotic Guidance System in Texas. You will manage complex medical capital sales to new accounts, build market awareness, and hand off installations to the clinical team to sustain growth.

The role requires a strong track record in medical or dental capital sales, a technical mindset, ability to travel up to 75%, and a startup‑friendly, collaborative approach. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years sales experience in direct medical capital or dental capital sales.
• Experience in a clinical environment with complex medical devices having a significant software component.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in capital, medical, and/or dental equipment sales.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Dental or private practice experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complex sales process of the Yomi Robotic‑Assisted Dental Surgery system into new accounts.
• Identify key dental surgeons and institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales in the territory.
• Oversee transition of initial sale and installation to the clinical sales team to ensure growth.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Partner with local industry professionals to offer educational programs.
• Maintain KPI reporting and CRM usage.
• Develop knowledge of implant procedures and Yomi’s clinical base.
