Job summary

Neocis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeast to drive adoption of Yomi, the FDA-cleared robotic guidance system, across New York and surrounding markets. You will target new accounts, build a robust sales funnel, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure successful installations.

The role requires a proven medical capital sales track record, comfort with complex devices and software, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years sales experience in medical capital or dental capital sales.
• Experience with complex medical devices that include software components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Start-up experience preferred.
• Dental and/or private practice experience preferred.
• Familiar with CT scans and 3D imaging.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complex sales process of the Yomi Robotic-Assisted Dental Surgery system into new accounts.
• Identify key dental surgeons & institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within an assigned territory.
• Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the clinical sales team to ensure procedural volume and growth.
• Partner with local industry professionals to offer unique educational programs.
• Be diligent on KPI reporting and use of CRM.
• Develop knowledge of implant procedures & strong clinical knowledge of Yomi.
• Represent the company with integrity at all times.

The role: Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling the groundbreaking Yomi Robotic Guidance System to new accounts within the Regional Sales Manager's assigned territory. Neocis is looking for candidates that have a string track record of success in selling Medical Capital equipment. Knowledge of the dental implant market is a plus. The ability to build a sustainable sales funnel, starting with strong prospecting, to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis is critical.

What you'll do:

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years sales experience preferred in a direct medical capital sales and/or dental capital sales environment
• Experience in a clinical environment using complex medical devices that have a significant software component
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven successful track record in capital, medical, and/or dental equipment sales
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Success in introducing new technologies to the market
• Must be an “out of the box” strategic thinker
• Must understand small business financing
• Familiar with CT scans and 3D imaging
• Start-up experience preferred
• Dental and/or private practice experience preferred

Expected Travel

This position requires up to 75% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight.
